*If a parent/coach/official or volunteer wishes to change Swim England membership to Club Train or Club Compete (due to wishing to swim) then they will be responsible for paying the additional relevant SE fee plus the relevant club fee.

Where a parent/guardian is included under category A or B, the child receives a £5 discount on their Annual Membership Fee.

To vote at the AGM/SGMs and stand for election each parent/coach/official must have the relevant Swim England Club Support Membership. For every family with one or more child under the age of 18 a minimum of one parent or guardian must be a member of Swim England and all relevant fees paid by the parent.

For categories C and D it is for the club committee to decide on an annual basis whether the Coach/Volunteer/Officials are still active at the club, the minimum requirement is outlined below:

  • Coaches will need to be up to date with all courses and be currently coaching with the club.
  • Volunteers will have volunteered in various capacities during the previous year or will have their memberships activated when volunteering at any given event.
  • Officials will have represented the club at least three times during the calendar year at separate Galas for multiple sessions, this excludes County, Regional, or National events.

The above table is subject to change and will be reviewed annually by the Committee and notified to all members.
